The Hawks trade up for No.4 Pick

The Atlanta Hawks have aqcuired the Pelican’s number4 pick in exhange for the number 8, 17, and the 35 picks; The Pelicans are also sending Solomon Hill, the number 57 and a future second round pick.

The trade is either to acquire De’Andre Hunter trade the 6’7″ small forward from Virginia who is strong two way player who can stretch the floor from beyond the arc if he is needed, but his game is mainly built on below the rim of the mid-range jump shot.

Or it could be to acquire Darius Garland the 6’2″ point guard from Vanderbilt. Who is the strongest point guard and pure shooter outside Ja Morant in the draft. Garland has had alot of buzz around him within the last week leading up to the draft and this trade could be the move to make sure the Hawks get their guy.
